Code of Ethics

Educators are endowed with the tremendous responsibility of assisting students as they grow and mature into contributing members of society. Educators need to embrace this powerful understanding and work towards fostering an environment that develops student potential and builds within each candidate the confidence to achieve success. A partnership between learner and educator is created to see the fulfillment of this endeavor. Just like any teacher would ask of their students, educators must extend their best effort and enter each day open and willing to learn.

Above all else, educators need to be honest. Creating a culture of success and achievement is not an easy task. Educators must be dedicated and committed towards seeking avenues of improvement. Honesty is manifested through constant reflection, personal assessment and self-exploration. A willingness to learn and adapt, engage one-self in critical analysis and understand the responsibilities educators are endowed with are ethical imperatives that provide the foundation of teaching and learning.
