Vision for School Leadership

Vision for Leadership

Schools need to be viewed as a community. Administrators must encourage stakeholders to see their educational institution as a living and breathing organism that is open to change. A school leader needs to facilitate collaborative endeavors to improve the quality of instruction as well as to promote differences to offer diverse learning experiences. By enfranchising stakeholders and embracing progressive ideas an administrator can work towards constructing a school culture that is dedicated towards implementing best practice and constantly challenging all members of the community through new and innovative measures.
